Job summary

Sejong Tesk Vikas seeks a quality assurance professional to strengthen in-process quality control across metalworking domains, including sheet metal, welding, casting and machining.

The role emphasizes rigorous documentation and audits to comply with IATF16949 and ISO9001, coordinating internal and supplier audits, and supporting 5-Star and safety-critical audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in In-Process Quality Control.
• Experience in preparation and handling of Hyundai & KIN 5-Star Audit documentation/reports.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of IATF 16949:2016.
• Good knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, GD&T, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of ESG requirements will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of 7 QC Tools, 8D, QMS, FMEA and MSA.
• Process knowledge in Sheet Metal, Welding, Casting and Machining.
• Experience in In-Process Quality Development and conducting internal and external process audits.
• Knowledge of IMDS and MSDS documentation.
• Experience in conducting Process, Product and System Audits.
• Ability to coordinate certification audits and customer audits, including 5-Star and Safety-Critical audits.
