Responsibilities

  • Ensure production plan implementation and resource deployment.
  • Meet daily production targets on the assembly line.
  • Maintain in-process quality checks and address customer concerns.
  • Plan manpower with EWT knowledge and line balancing.
  • Improve department productivity and implement TPM and cost reduction.
  • Control WIP, FIFO, and RFD lead-times.
  • Coordinate PDI/RFD and liaise with marketing.
  • Resolve day-to-day production, quality, and labour issues.
  • Prepare action plans for line balancing and layout changes.
  • Arrange assembly tools to support production.

Job Description:

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • ÂÂ Ensure production plan implementation and deployment of resources as per schedule requirement.
  • Â Ensure daily production targets in respective Assy. line.
  • Â Ensure quality targets with respect to in process quality checks, quality checks and customer concerns
  • Â Ensure utilization of workforce planned EWT as per MOST. The candidate must have knowledge of calculating work content and manpower deployment.
  • Â To improve productivity of the department.
  • Â Ensure implementation of the new initiatives at the respective Assy. Lines e.g. TPM, Cost reduction, to reduce NVAs and others.
  • Â Ensure FIFO and roll down to RFD lead-time and control WIP.
  • Â Keep track of vehicles in terms of PDI/RFD, WIP and stock and liasioning with marketing.
  • Â Resolving day to day production, quality and labour issues.
  • Â Undertake facility planning to meet the CPPC budget.

  • * Preparing and implementing action plans for line balancing and layout changes in order to maximize the output
  • Â Facilitate and Arrange of Assembly tools to support to production activity.
