Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an Asst. Manager in Quality Assurance to ensure tractor quality through audits of assembly, paint shop, and PTCED shop. You will apply expertise in sheet metal and plastic components and drive continuous improvements.

The role requires 6-8 years in automobile manufacturing QA, knowledge of ISO 9001, TS 16949, and TPM, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to standardize quality procedures.

Formación

• 6–8 years in Automobile Manufacturing in Quality Assurance or manufacturing.

• As an Asst. Manager in the Quality Assurance department at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, your responsibilities will be crucial in ensuring the quality of tractors through product and process audits of tractor assembly, paint shop, and PTCED shop.
• You will utilize your expertise in sheet metal and plastic components, support continuous process improvements, handle new product and process implementation, and resolve concerns reported in new products. Additionally, you will be responsible for engine and transmission aggregate assembly functional knowledge, customer complaint analysis, and quality assurance functions in the assembly plant.
