Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional for tractor manufacturing.

The role focuses on process audits across Tractor Assembly, Paint, and PTCED shops, ensuring adherence to SOPs and using KAIZEN methods for continuous improvement. Qualified candidates will have deep knowledge of automotive QA, 10–12 years in automobile manufacturing, and strong skills in QC tools, MSA, SPC, ISO standards, and dimensional metrology.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of Tractors through Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop and PTCED shop.
• Understand basic assembly processes; assess process & product criticality.
• Apply knowledge of sheet metal & plastic components in QA context.
• Analyse customer complaints and assembly line rejections; perform corrective actions; standardize QA procedures.
• Contribute to quality assurance in the assembly plant; drive KAIZENS for consistent product quality.
• Implement POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error; monitor adherence to SOPs/SOS via audits and MSA studies.
• Oversee Engineering Change Management processes and QA documentation.
• Exposure to Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
