Job summary

Rehlko Energy India Private Limited in Pune, India seeks a Software Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software programs using Agile practices, with a strong focus on data-driven execution via Power BI and planning with Smartsheet.

You will manage 3-5 concurrent programs, drive Agile ceremonies, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams, while providing executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Smartsheet.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytics, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified Scrum Master; PMP preferred.
• Experience managing multi-team/global programs.

Responsibilities

Risk & Issue Management

• ≥ 90% risks mitigated before escalation
• Critical issue resolution within 48 hours (95% cases)

Stakeholder & Efficiency

Stakeholder satisfaction score ≥ 3/4

Resource utilization efficiency

Resource utilization efficiency: 85-95% Cross-team dependency delays ≤ 10% of timeline

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience with 5 to 6+ years in software project/program management
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Smartsheet
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps
• Strong analytics, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Certified Scrum Master
• Preferred PMP certification
• Experience managing multi-team/global programs
