Job summary

Rehlko in Maharashtra, India, seeks a Finance Shared Services Lead to optimize transactional finance, manage accounts payable/receivable, and coordinate with IT and the BPO partner to ensure accurate, timely processing. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field.
• 6 to 8 years in Global Shared Services.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• IT troubleshooting skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage financial transactions, including AP/AR, collections, general accounting, T&E, and master data.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with financial inquiries.
• Collaborate with IT, finance teams, and the BPO partner to optimize processes.
• Manage the India-based BPO provider and day-to-day operations.
• Identify RPA/AI opportunities and work with IT to implement them.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on transactional finance activities and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance on financial processes and systems.

Primary Function

As a Finance Shared Services Lead, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support in managing and optimizing our transactional Finance processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations while assisting internal and external stakeholders with their financial inquiries and requests. You will also engage with the external service provider in managing day-to-day operations.

Specific Responsibilities

• Process and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, general accounting, T&E, master data management, etc.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with financial inquiries and issues, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Collaborate with IT, finance teams, and the BPO partner to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Manage the BPO provider based in India, oversee day-to-day operations, and lead discussions to resolve issues.
• Identify RPA or AI automation opportunities for finance processes and work with IT to implement them.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on transactional finance activities and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on financial processes and systems.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field, or comparable experience.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in a Global Shared Services environment, working as a liaison between Information Technology, Finance, and BPO partners.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• IT troubleshooting skills are a plus.
