Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. seeks an engineer to manage EPC manuals for new vehicle launches and price settlements. You will coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate part data and change communications reach dealers and field teams.

Strong expertise in EPC tools and EV/ICE automotive domains is required. The role involves multi-tasking and adopting new tech, including AI, to improve processes.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Technical Manuals for new launches: Electronic Parts Catalogue delivery.
• Address Part Technical queries from dealers and maintain EPC Portal for current and new products.
• Identify serviceable parts with system engineer and coordinate with design engineers for service BOM creation and readiness, then upload in EPC portal.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for price settlement: Basic Part Cost, Packaging Cost, Transportation Cost.
• Prepare and release part change information communications to the field team.
• Coordinate ECN releases with Engineering team, reflecting Service/Customer Care requirements.
• Multi-task and leverage latest technology (e.g., AI) in workflow.

• Delivering Technical Manuals for new launches: Delivery of vehicle documentation (Electronic Parts Catalogue).
• Address Part Technical queries from dealers. Maintain the EPC Portal for current and new products.

• Should be technically strong in Automobile (ICE & EV) with hands on experience
• Coordinate with Engineering Team on ECN release and approval by putting across Service/ Customer Care requirements
• Multi-task handling & Usage of Latest Technology e.g AI.

Education Qualification

B.E / B. Tech (preferred-Automobile / Mechanical)

Or

Diploma (preferred-Automobile / Mechanical) with 4-5 years experience in Automobiles / EV’s
