Job summary

Adani Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for boiler erection projects in Madhya Pradesh. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all erection activities to meet project milestones with a strong emphasis on safety and quality at the site.

The candidate should have 5–12 years of experience in mechanical construction, with BE/B.Tech in Mech and preferably ME/M.Tech. The position requires hands-on leadership, coordination with multiple teams, and strict adherence

Qualifications

• Experience in boiler erection projects and site execution.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and construction practices.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality requirements on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor boiler erection activities per project schedule.
• Coordinate installation of boiler pressure parts, structure, ducts, piping, ESP, and auxiliaries.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and client teams for smooth project execution.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Supervise hydro testing, light-up, steam blowing, and commissioning.
• Review erection methodologies, work permits, and risk assessments.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material availability at site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and HSE requirements.
