Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a seasoned Boiler Erection Engineer to lead现场 boiler erection activities in India, ensuring alignment with project schedules and client requirements. You will coordinate the installation of pressure parts, ducts, piping, ESP and auxiliaries while maintaining quality, safety and regulatory standards.

The role involves interfacing with engineering, procurement, contractors and client teams, tracking progress, addressing bottlenecks, and supervising testing, light-up, steam

Qualifications

• ME / M.Tech (Mech.) degree required.
• Total experience 5-12 years in boiler erection and associated activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor boiler erection activities as per project schedule.
• Coordinate installation of boiler pressure parts, boiler structure, ducts, piping, ESP and auxiliaries.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings, technical specifications and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors and client teams for smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Supervise hydro testing, boiler light-up, steam blowing and commissioning activities.
• Review erection methodologies, work permits and risk assessments.
• Manage manpower, equipment and material availability at site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental and HSE requirements.
