Job summary

Quality HR India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Asst. Manager - Machine Shop in Daman with 10–12 years of experience in engineering environments. The role requires planning daily machine shop operations, driving production targets, and leading supervisors, engineers, and operators.

You will optimize machine and process efficiency, implement Lean/ TPM/5S, monitor costs, and ensure safety and quality compliance. Strong leadership and CNC/process planning knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience: 10–12 years in machine shop leadership or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily machine shop operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and quality standards.
• Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, tools, and materials.
• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen.

• Monitor machine maintenance and breakdown reduction.
