Job summary

A One Advisory in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead a team of sales executives, drive phone-based sales, and grow our client base in financial services. This office-based role runs 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in inside sales or telesales, prior team leadership, and fluency in English, Hindi, and a regional language. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales.
• Prior team leading experience.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi and regional language.
• Confident, target-driven and experienced in handling customer calls.
• Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of executives, driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base.
