Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Senior Executive for Leadership Communication Ethics with strong technical design acumen. The role involves leading design processes, preparing Techpacks, managing BOMs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.

The candidate will use CAD tools for pattern development, grading, and visualization, and will oversee pre-production activities to align design, production, and QA. Strong documentation skills are essential.

• Develop and manage BOM sheets to ensure correct trims, fabrics, and accessories are sourced and applied.
• Use CAD tools for pattern development, grading, and design visualization.
• Create, check, and refine garment patterns to meet design and production requirements.
• Establish benchmark specifications for product quality and consistency.
• Ensure all designs adhere to product safety rules and regulatory standards.
• Oversee trims including labels, wash care instructions, hangtags, and other accessories for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct and review physical testing of fabrics and garments to validate durability, performance, and safety.
• Apply knowledge of sizing systems and grading rules to ensure proper fit across product ranges.
• Possess working knowledge of fabrics and their properties for different product categories.
• Organize and lead pre-production meetings to align teams on requirements.
• Conduct PPS evaluations to verify measurements, construction, and compliance before bulk production.
• Identify potential risks in design, materials, or production processes and propose mitigation strategies.
• Work with design, production, and QA teams to align technical specifications with production feasibility.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and records for design and production reference.
• Identify opportunities to improve technical design processes and efficiency.
