Job summary

Jobitus is seeking an experienced Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager - Production to lead aerosol manufacturing operations in Vapi, India.

You will plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production, ensure targets, manage manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining GMP, EHS, and safety compliance. You will coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, R&D, and Supply Chain teams. The role requires 12–15 years in FMCG production, with independent audit exposure (WHO-GMP, IMS, ISO).

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in aerosol production in FMCG.
• Proven GMP, QA systems and safety compliance expertise.
• Experience in WHO-GMP, IMS, ISO audits independently.
• Strong manpower planning and production scheduling.
• Track record of cost reduction and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day aerosol production.
• Meet production targets with quality and delivery schedules.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure GMP, QA, EHS compliance and safety standards.
• Monitor processes and implement improvements.

• Maintain records, SOPs, and production documentation.
• Train production personnel and enforce procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prefer candidates with independent audits experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute & supervise day-to-day aerosol production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the required quality and delivery schedules.
• Manage manpower, production capacity, raw materials, and equipment utilization
• Ensure compliance with GMP, , Quality, and Safety standards.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
• Investigate production deviations, breakdowns, and process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, reports, SOPs, and other relevant documentation.
• Train and develop production personnel and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Candidates who independently faced Audits like WHO-GMP, IMS, ISO, Customer Audits will be preferable.
