Quality HR India Pvt. Ltd. in Vapi invites applications for the role of Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager - Production in FMCG aerosol manufacturing. The position requires 12-15 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan, supervise, and optimize daily production, ensuring targets, quality, and on-time delivery while managing manpower, materials, and equipment. GMP, EHS, and safety compliance are essential, with preferred WHO-GMP audit exposure.

Competenze

• 12-15 years of experience in FMCG aerosol production with leadership exposure.
• Solid understanding of GMP, EHS, and safety compliance.
• Experience handling WHO-GMP audits independently is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute & supervise day-to-day aerosol production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the required quality and delivery schedules.
• Manage manpower, production capacity, raw materials, and equipment utilization
• Ensure compliance with GMP, , Quality, and Safety standards.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
• Investigate production deviations, breakdowns, and process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, reports, SOPs, and other relevant documentation.
• Train and develop production personnel and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Candidates who independently faced Audits like WHO-GMP, IMS, ISO, Customer Audits will be preferable.

Required Skills
