Job summary

The-Search-House in India is seeking an Assistant Manager - CCC to lead a small technical team and oversee customer-centric operations, estimation, and project coordination in the window and façade sector.

The role requires hands-on experience with Window Maker, AutoCAD and MS Excel, along with a solid understanding of uPVC/aluminum window performance. You will collaborate across Sales, Design and IT to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Civil, or Architecture.
• 3–8 years in windows, façade or building materials industry.
• Experience with Window Maker, AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong technical understanding of uPVC/aluminum windows and performance.
• Experience in estimation, cutting layout and project coordination.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
