Job summary

Ghaziabad Precision Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Defence Marketing cum Process Engineer in Ghaziabad for in-depth bid management and defence business development.

You will handle RFQs, prepare bid packages, coordinate with internal teams, and identify new opportunities with government PSUs. Strong negotiation, costing, and process knowledge are essential; excellent English communication and presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in defence marketing and engineering.
• Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with government tenders and portals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• RFQ handling and bid response preparation with cross-functional teams.
• Costing and process costing for bids and quotations.
• Manage bid packages and follow up with bidders.
• Identify and develop new defence business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for bid submissions.
• Travel for domestic customer visits as needed.

Job Description

• RFQ Handling - Preparation of Bid Responses - Co-ordination with various internal departments for Bid submissions .
• Part internal costings --Process Cost and raw material cost .Knowledge of machining processes ,Forging /Castings
• Handling of Online Customer Portals
• Preparation of Bid Packages / Bid documents .
• Folllow up on Bids and co-ordination with Bidders
• Creating New Business opportunities -identifying new customers /Tie ups
• Identify upcoming opportunties for Defence business
• Generate new leads , Screen potential business opportunities
• Support in customer Audits
• Release , Monitoring monthly production plans and despatches accordingly.
• Weekly MIS (-Bud plan Vs actuals /Gaps) , Annual Business Plan Budgeting and Monitoring of Business Plan Vs actual achievment
• Travel plan -Domestic /Customer visits
• Handling of Customer complaints
