The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in category management or onboarding at a modern retailer, and can negotiate terms, drive catalogue quality, and own category growth.
If you've onboarded a brand onto a retail or quick-commerce platform, gotten their SKUs listed, and kept their inventory live - we want to talk to you.

Welcome to factori.com - The Factory for the World.
factori.com is a global manufacturing and commerce platform that connects 500+ partner manufacturers across India with business buyers, brands, institutions, and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our vision is to onboard 100,000+ manufacturers globally by 2030.
One of our three core offerings is retailing.factori.com - a plug-and-play platform that lets any entrepreneur launch their own e-commerce store in 30 minutes, on their own domain, with instant access to thousands of ready-to-ship products.
Our customers include Amazon, Apollo Hospitals, Asian Paints, Bharat Petroleum, Cult Fit, Decathlon, Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, ISRO, Jio-bp, JSW, L&T Finance, Microsoft Learn, PhonePe, Samsung, Suzuki, Tata Capital, Tata Motors, UltraTech, Wipro - and hundreds more.
We're building the manufacturer and brand base that powers factori.com's platforms - and that means doing, at scale, exactly what you've already done somewhere else: finding the right manufacturers and brands, getting them onboarded, getting their products correctly listed, and then keeping their inventory live and accurate so nothing sells that isn't actually in stock.
We're specifically looking for people who've done this inside a modern retail or quick-commerce environment - DMart, Reliance Trends, Printo, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, or a comparable platform - because that's the exact skill set this role needs: sourcing and onboarding a manufacturer or brand, negotiating the commercials, pushing their catalogue live, and then owning the inventory discipline that keeps the listing trustworthy. If you've done the full loop - onboard, list, stock - end-to-end, this role is built around that experience.
