Job summary

Trezure Casa is seeking a Category Analyst to assist in developing category strategies and executing plans across multiple sectors. You will analyze sales performance, manage assortment and pricing, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure product availability.

You will contribute to market and competitor analysis, support new launches, monitor inventory, and track promotions to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze sales, revenue, margins, inventory, and category performance.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and product lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for product availability.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support new product launches and category expansion initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Track promotional performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare category-wise MIS reports and dashboards.
• Support negotiations with vendors on pricing, margins, promotions, and commercial terms.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Assist the Category Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.
