Job summary

Oxygen Digital Shop in Kerala is seeking a proactive sales leader to oversee a product category, drive sales targets, and coach the sales team on product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling techniques.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, allocating stock, coordinating replenishments with the inventory team, partnering with brands on promotions and launches, tracking performance data, and reporting to the Branch Manager.

• Support marketing efforts through in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launch activities.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
