Job summary

Navex India is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain navex.com, ensuring a polished experience for editors and visitors alike. You will own Sanity CMS schemas, Hugo templates, and front-end delivery using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with integrations via APIs and webhooks.

You will collaborate with content and design teams, optimize performance and SEO, and contribute to scalable, multilingual web initiatives while upholding coding standards and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
• Experience with headless architecture and a headless editor.
• Experience with Hugo or another static site generator.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with headless architecture and API development.
• Experience developing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with git and continuous integration workflow.
• Experience with Sanity CMS or similar headless platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Netlify).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the web stack.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical problems and collaborate effectively as part of a distributed team.

• Maintain and improve our Netlify deployment and build processes, including build configuration, preview deployments, environment configuration, redirects and troubleshooting
• Write and maintain clean, reusable code across the stack, adhering to industry standards
• Help to maintain documentation for all development activities
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards, testing practices and overall code quality
