You'll also lead major incident management, service restoration, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, p artner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to resolve customer-impacting issues and improve service stability and d efine and drive Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budget practices.
