Your Role

• THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ON-SITE BASED OUT OF OUR KOLKATA OFFICE***.

Responsibilities

This is a front desk trade operations and monitoring position within our cryptocurrency markets and would primarily entail operating our proprietary trading software, and managing OTC trades. You will need to be a critical thinker with a knack for spotting trading opportunities, remain calm under pressure, multi-task, and be a proficient keyboard operator. The successful candidate must be ambitious, goal-oriented and willing to learn. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Trading, operating, and maintaining uptime of operations of internal software and trade processes.
• Communicating with various OTC teams, make and fulfill trades.
• Monitoring our auto trading strategies, solving and quickly taking corrective actions and reporting discrepancies to seniors.
• Communicating with team lead for market updates, suggestions, inputs, tech glitches and instructions.
• Reporting timely as work will be done in shifts and crypto operations run 24 X 7.

Our Needs

• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably within financial services or technology streams.
• 2+ years of prior past experience operating trading softwares platforms with large broking/trading houses.
• Solid foundational knowledge of MS-Excel
• Numerically inclined, detail oriented, and with strong critical thinking abilities
• Able to work independently and utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced work environment
• Must have strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive situations
