Job summary

APM Terminals in Gurugram, India, is seeking an Associate - Technology, Customer and Operations to join the WMS team. The role focuses on managing onsite warehouse operations, tuning SQL queries, WMS configurations, and integrating APIs, interfaces, and EDI to improve efficiency.

You will develop FBRs, create reports with Power BI, SSRS or Birst, document processes, and provide technical support for WMS applications and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in warehouse management or supply chain environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of WMS and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, including creation, optimization, and management of stored procedures and queries.
• Experience with Power BI/Birst/SSRS reporting tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical troubleshooting and resolve WMS-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams for system enhancements and upgrades.

• Experience with technical reporting tools such as Power BI/Birst/SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) will be an advantage.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with APIs, interfaces, and EDI integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
