Phenom People Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale engineering initiatives on the Big Bets team, interfacing with product, engineering and business leaders from day one.

You will translate complex problems into structured roadmaps, own metrics and risks, and build scalable processes to bring predictability to fast-moving programs, with mentorship from senior TPM leadership.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science or closely related engineering discipline from a recognized institute.

• MBA from a premium institute (IIM/ISB/equivalent).
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability; comfort with ambiguity.
• Evidence of driving something end-to-end — a project, internship, venture, or initiative — with multiple stakeholders.
• Working familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and SDLC; hands-on coding not required.

This is a foundational role for someone with a strong technical grounding and a premium management education who wants to build a career running large-scale engineering programs from day one.

What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering leadership to structure, plan, and drive execution of cross-functional technical initiatives
