Requirement/Description:

Candidates with 1 to 3 years ofoverall experience. A non-negotiable core requirement is a hands‑on technicalsoftware background—such as prior experience in software development (acrossany language, including Java or .NET), data engineering, or DevOps—as 30 to 40percent of their daily responsibilities will involve collaborating directlywith core engineering teams, engaging in design and architecture discussions,and leading technical negotiations. Candidates should fit into one ofthree specific profile buckets:

• First Preference: MBA or PGDM graduatesfrom tier1/2 institutions with over one year of experience (orrecent top graduates focused on pure program management), thoughcandidates must be explicitly informed that this role is strictlytechnical program management and not a pathway into productmanagement. IT Professional experienc of 1 or 2 year and should haveexperience in program management
• Second Preference: Software engineerswith 2 to 3 years of hands‑on software background who are actively lookingto transition into program management.
• Third Preference Candidateswith 2 to 3 years of software engineering experience combined with 1 to 2years of project management or Scrum experience. Pure Scrum Masters whohave only managed a single team are strictly excluded, as the rolerequires driving program delivery at scale across anywhere from 2 to 60teams.
