SATechnologies Inc. is hiring for a Consultant, IT Architecture in Bangalore to own and enhance production systems. You will design agentic architectures, implement end-to-end integration with REST and GraphQL APIs, and drive observability, CI/CD, and cost-aware engineering practices.

The role requires 12+ years in software engineering, hands-on execution across complex systems, and the ability to work independently from written specs while meeting timelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with ownership of systems in production
• Hands-on implementation across agent loops and tool calling, state management and checkpointing
• Context engineering: retrieval, memory, grounding in enterprise data
• Testing and validation: automated tests and regression suites
• Cost and latency engineering: token accounting, caching, model routing
• Process re-engineering to automate workflows
• Replacing manual processes with software and cross-functional collaboration
• Integration engineering: REST/GraphQL, OAuth, versioning

Requirement/Description:

• 12+ years insoftware engineering with direct ownership of systems in production
  
• Agentic systemsyou personally built and shipped into production, not prototypes,notebooks, or proofs of concept
  
• Hands-onimplementation experience across:
  
• Agentloops and tool calling: loop control, sub-agent delegation, statemanagement and checkpointing, and idempotent handling of consequentialactions
  
• Contextengineering: retrieval and search, memory, grounding in enterprise data,prompt assembly, and structured or schema-constrained output
  
• Testing andvalidation: automated tests for behavior that varies between runs,regression suites, and validation against defined acceptancecriteria
  
• Cost and latencyengineering: token accounting, prompt and response caching, model routingwith fallback, and context compaction
  
• Processre-engineering experience: analyzing an existing workflow and rebuildingit around what automation makes possible, rather than encoding currentpractice into software
• Experiencereplacing an existing manual or fragmented business process with software,working directly with the people who perform that process today
• Integrationengineering: REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven consumers, OAuth andscoped credential handling, schema and contract versioning, and resilientbehavior under partial failure

Observabilityand delivery engineering: structured logging, distributed tracing, and metricsfor systems whose behavior varies
