AtkinsRéalis is seeking a seasoned Associate Technical Director in Gurgaon to lead transport planning projects and strategic modelling efforts. You will guide teams, mentor staff, and interact with clients while applying expertise in VISUM, CUBE, EMME, SATURN and DIADEM.

The role requires a strong numerical capability, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to work across cultures in a hybrid setup. Fluency in English and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in transport planning/consulting.
• Strong modelling and guidance knowledge in strategic transport planning.
• Proven ability to lead smaller project teams and deliver quality reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead transport planning projects and client engagements.
• Develop and review strategic models using VISUM/CUBE/EMME/SATURN/DIADEM.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality deliverables including technical reports.
