The role demands strong technical leadership, the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert, and a growing reputation both internally and externally. Responsibilities include leading complex design packages, ensuring “Safe by Design” principles, driving digital transformation, and promoting quality and technical governance. The candidate will contribute to business strategy through research and innovation, mentor teams, and support knowledge management initiatives, while maintaining commercial awareness and client engagement.
