Job summary

Randstad Global Capability Center Private Limited in India is seeking an experienced Recruitment Support professional to validate assessment results, coordinate candidate communications, and support interview processes.

You will maintain the candidate tracking system, draft job descriptions for operational roles, and participate in job fairs to build talent pools for clients.

• Validates candidate exam/assessment results and generates required reports for analysis.
• Presents exam/assessment results to Recruitment Experts and stakeholders.
• Manages candidate communications, guides them through the interview process and provides them updates on their application status on their short-term job application.
• Facilitates interviews and maintains real-time updates in the candidate tracking system.
• Maintains real-time updates in the candidate tracking system, maintaining a comprehensive overview of talent for small to mid-sized clients.
• Assists in drafting and sharing specialized job descriptions for operational roles on job boards, social media, and niche recruitment channels that engage both active and passive talent.
• Participates in job fairs and industry-specific events to proactively source passive talent and build candidate pools aligned with operational expertise with limited online presence.
• Manages and updates job postings accurately, for both immediate and short-term placements opportunities.
• Grade Descriptor – Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience.
• Identifies problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
• Performs clearly defined work according to instruction under moderate supervision.
