This hands‑on role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working with data, solving operational challenges, and bringing structure to evolving processes. You will work remotely from India in a global environment, following an evening or overnight schedule aligned with US business hours.

Accountabilities:

  • Recruitment Data Management: Maintain accurate and complete candidate, job, and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), regularly reviewing information to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create, update, and maintain recurring and ad hoc recruitment reports to track key hiring metrics, provide operational insights, and support informed decision‑making by talent acquisition teams and business stakeholders.
  • Data Auditing and Quality Control: Conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies or missing information, coordinate necessary corrections, and follow up on outstanding issues until they are resolved.
  • ATS Administration: Support the administration and maintenance of the recruitment platform, including job postings, openings, templates, application forms, workflows, and other system configurations.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Help develop, maintain, and document standardized recruitment processes and workflows, ensuring that recruiters and hiring teams follow established procedures consistently.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure required recruitment information is captured accurately and on time, supporting smooth execution throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • System Testing and Implementation: Assist with testing and implementing system enhancements, workflow changes, and new recruitment processes to ensure functionality, accuracy, and operational readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment data quality, streamline administrative processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the overall effectiveness of talent acquisition operations.
  • Interview Scheduling Support: Provide interview coordination and scheduling assistance when required, based on team workload and operational coverage needs.
  • Project and Program Support: Contribute to recruitment‑related projects, talent acquisition programs, and cross‑functional initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Global Team Coordination: Maintain effective communication with US‑based colleagues and other stakeholders, ensuring timely follow‑ups, accurate information sharing, and continuity of recruiting operations across time zones.
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar administrative or operational role.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems: Hands‑on experience using an applicant tracking system, including maintaining recruitment data, supporting workflows, and ensuring data accuracy. Experience with Ashby is strongly preferred.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Experience creating and maintaining recruitment reports, tracking key performance indicators, and working with hiring data to support operational decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to manage data, prepare reports, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and a disciplined approach to reviewing, validating, and double‑checking information to maintain reliable recruitment records.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, supported by professionalism, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability: A proactive approach to identifying inconsistencies, investigating issues, following up on outstanding tasks, and taking ownership of resolutions.
  • Adaptability: The ability to navigate ambiguity, learn new systems quickly, and bring structure to evolving workflows, processes, and priorities.
