Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking an Associate in Talent Acquisition to lead hiring solutions for new businesses and ensure on-time delivery and cost effectiveness. You will promote campus, referrals, and direct-to-talent channels while maintaining high quality of hires.

Role requires a background in HR, IR, or psychology with MBA beneficial, plus HR certifications like PHR/SHRM-CP. Office-based with flex-time, weekend drives may be required to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in HR/IR, HRM or Psychology required.
• MBA or related master’s preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Propose hiring solutions for new businesses.
• Ensure targets like on time delivery, cost per hire, replacement cost.
• Promote low-cost channels (campus, referrals, direct to talent) maintaining quality of hire.
• Check hiring process and highlight deviations from policy.
• Highlight risk accounts on time with data points.
• Drive team to be compliant and follow audit guidelines.
• Map profiles hired to other orgs and note changes needed for those profiles.
• Willing to work weekend drives if required.
• Coordinate job postings; schedule interviews; manage candidate communications; maintain recruitment database and files; assist with background checks.

Job Description

• Propose hiring solutions for new businesses
• Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.
• Promoting low cost channels to deliver maximum requirement like campus, referrals and Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media; Job Fairs; etc.) maintaining quality of hire
• Check on the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy
• Ability to Highlight risk accounts on time with appropriate data points
• Drive team to be compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines
• Ability to map profiles hired in Genpact to other organizations and quote any challenges/changes needed for hiring those profiles
• Willing to work on weekend drives if required
• Coordinate job postings on various platforms; Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication; Maintain recruitment database and candidate files; Assist with background checks and reference verifications; Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
