Job summary

Genpact in India seeks an Associate - HR Shared Services to support onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and routine HR tasks in a fast-moving environment.

You will maintain HR databases, generate reports, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives while keeping up-to-date with regulations and best practices for high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IR, HRM or Psychology.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or HRM preferred.
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus (CPLP/PHR/SHRM).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and coordinate with internal customers.
• Deliver high-quality, consistent service per SOPs.
• Collect and cleanse data for management reporting systems.
• Detail-oriented processing of HR transactions (onboarding, offboarding, data changes).
• Maintain HR databases ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Support HR projects such as employee engagement and process improvements.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for analysis and decision-making.
• Stay updated on HR regulations and best practices.

Job Description

• The person in this role will collaborate & work in close coordinate with partners
• Deliver high quality and professional, consistent service delivery to all internal customers and partners and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
• Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail
• Manage and respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits;
• Process HR transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, and data changes accurately and efficiently;
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy;
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs or process improvements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services;
• Generate HR reports and metrics for analysis and decision-making;
• Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
