Associate Support Analyst

Seeking a highly motivated individual capable of managing responsibilities independently and excelling within global professional service teams. Must use critical problem‑solving skills to define, execute, and drive solutions to completion, adapt quickly, and meet project deliverables on time and within budget.

Experience in computer science or fintech market knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks, projects, and tickets on time and to defined quality standards.
• Learn and use Confluence solutions, tools, and processes to meet internal and external client requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables are met.
• Participate in simple solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
• Provide 24/7 client coverage with flexible work hours as required.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure smooth post‑implementation for all clients/products, focusing on financial reporting.
• Report client satisfaction and plan to resolve major outstanding issues to management.
• Resolve client issues with Confluence software solutions.
• Address all client opportunities and issues in a timely manner.
• Manage deployment of custom work and/or deliverables.
• Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise in one or more Confluence software solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or another IT‑related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience (including up to 2 years in FinTech, Software or IT related businesses).
