Ideal candidates may have experience of working:
- In a compliance function at an asset manager, or
- In a consulting or implementation role at a software vendor or within a consultancy
Demonstratable Knowledge of:
- Substantial shareholding legislation/rules
- Position limits legislation/rules
- 13G
- 13F-2
C areer experience and ability to demonstrate the following:
- Consult and drive a customer direction with authority and experience
- I nvestment compliance experience
- Data and gap analysis with detailed knowledge of the treatment of asset types
- Want to undertake a hands-on consulting career both in terms of client management and system set up
Preferred hands on experience via some of the following companies or usage of these platforms :
- FundApps
- Solutions Atlantic
- Adenza
- Signal
- or similar platforms.
Demonstrable knowledge of:
- Sensitive industries regulations
- SEC filings: 13G and 13F-2
Professional Attributes
We’re looking for someone who can bring 2 or more years’ experience:
- A consultative mindset and the confidence to guide clients with authority and credibility
- H ands-on experience in investment compliance
- Strong data analysis and gap assessment skills, particularly around asset type treatment
- A desire to remain hands-on in both client engagement and system configuration
