Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity (IIQ) Developer to onboard applications into SailPoint IIQ, manage user lifecycles, and oversee platform governance. You will work with AD/Azure AD, LDAP, and AWS, and implement connectors, workflows, and certifications while driving patch cycles and security reviews.

The role requires 8+ years in IAM and 4+ years in SailPoint IIQ, with strong Java, XML, Beanshell, and REST integration skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity (IIQ).
• Proven experience with application onboarding (custom and out-of-the-box connectors).
• Strong implementation knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support application onboarding into SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Configure and customise IIQ components including connectors, workflows, rules, and certifications.
• Lead efforts to identify, remediate, and track vulnerabilities in SailPoint IIQ.
• Plan and execute patching and upgrades for SailPoint IIQ.
• Work closely with internal teams, business units, and external vendors to deliver remediation and onboarding activities.
• Drive issue resolution end-to-end, ensuring SLA adherence and timely closure.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews related to identity governance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide operational support as needed.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and onboarding standards.

This role will be responsible for onboarding applications into SailPoint IIQ, managing user lifecycle management, and managing the functionalities deployed on the platform.
