Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to support identity governance solutions and automation. The role focuses on developing IIQ components, configuring lifecycle processes, and enabling seamless integrations across AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.

Ideal candidates will have strong Java/Beanshell skills, REST API experience, and a solid grasp of IAM concepts like RBAC and provisioning.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IAM experience with SailPoint IIQ development.
• Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON.
• Experience with REST APIs, automation scripts and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, JML, provisioning and certifications.
• SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with 6–8 years of experience in IAM to support the development, automation, and integration of identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning).
• Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes.
• Automate provisioning and integrations using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs.
• Integrate IIQ with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.
• Support governance processes including SoD, access reviews, and audit compliance.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands‑on experience in SailPoint IIQ development.
• Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON.
• Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications).
• SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).

Preferred:

• Exposure to Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes.
• SailPoint certification is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
