The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, deep hands-on Python backend development, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and SQLAlchemy, with substantial Vue.js exposure.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience: 4+ years.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Python Developer with Vue.JS role.
• Strong working experience with architecture and development in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Rest API, Vue.js.
• We are looking for a strong Python Backend Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to design, develop, and ship production-grade services and features.
• The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Python backend development, Fast API, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and SQL Alchemy, along with sufficient Vue.js expertise to independently build and integrate frontend features.
• This is an end-to-end engineering role. The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of a feature from requirements and architecture through development, API integration, frontend implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience building reusable libraries, platforms, APIs, or services consumed by other developers or applications is highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain production-quality Python backend services and APIs.
• Build scalable and secure REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Design API contracts, request/response models, authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and API documentation.
• Develop and optimize applications using PostgreSQL, working comfortably at both the database/SQL and ORM levels.
• Use SQL Alchemy effectively for database modelling, queries, transactions, relationships, and performance optimization.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable, and well-tested Python code.
• Design reusable components, libraries, and services that can be leveraged by other developers and applications.
• Develop frontend features using Vue.js, integrating them seamlessly with backend APIs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support.
