Nagarro is seeking a skilled DevOps/SRE/Observability Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. You will implement and maintain scalable cloud-based solutions, focusing on monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization across distributed systems.

You will work with Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and the ELK stack, and collaborate on platform engineering initiatives using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• Experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Observability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack, Kibana, and Alert Manager.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Kubernetes and Docker expertise.
• Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with metrics, logs, distributed tracing, alerting, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with SRE, incident management, root cause analysis, and infrastructure monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Write and review high-quality code.
• Understand client requirements and analyze project needs.
• Envision overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements; select technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Define design methodologies and tool sets.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development.
• Lead or support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create and validate work breakdown structures and effort estimates; justify estimates.
• Address issues promptly and maintain continuous improvement mindset.
• Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations for the team.
• Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Propose design/technology solutions and justify decisions.
• Conduct proofs-of-concept to ensure designs meet requirements.

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or Observability Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
