Job summary

Nagarro in Gurugram is hiring experienced engineers to deploy, configure, and manage AI platform components including Langfuse, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, MCP Servers, and MCP Gateway. You will implement security, governance, and IaC, and integrate AI platforms with enterprise apps, databases, and backend systems.

Responsibilities include deploying containerized workloads with Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, building CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and disaster recovery.

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring experience deploy, configure, and manage AI platform components including Langfuse, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, MCP Servers, and MCP Gateway.
• Implement AI security, governance, compliance, and access control mechanisms across platform environments.
• Integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Configure, administer, and support PostgreSQL, Redis, and other shared platform services.
• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for platform deployment and upgrades.
• Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to onboard AI and GenAI use cases.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support to development and business teams.
• Participate in platform performance optimization, capacity planning, and release management activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
