Job summary

Gryphon Hytech Services in Noida/Pune requires an Associate / Sr. Customer Associate for international voice inbound processes. You will handle customer interactions during night shifts, in a 5-day week with split week offs, and work from office. Immediate joiners preferred with 12th pass education and B2C domain exposure.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, good English skills, and be comfortable with MS Office and internet tools.

Qualifications

• Prior exposure to B2C or US telecom processes is preferred.
