Job summary

Gryphon Hytech Services in Hyderabad is seeking an Associate / Sr. Customer Associate to join its B2C / BPO operations. The role involves a Semi-Voice process with inbound calls and chat support, night shifts, and a 5-day week on a rotational schedule, with WFO as mandatory.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, be comfortable with English communication, and willing to join immediately. 12th pass education is required.

• Experience with ~80% voice and 20% chat support.
• International Voice Process experience with inbound calling.
