Job summary

WNS in Mumbai invites applications for a Travel Reservations role. The candidate will handle reservations, cancellations and fare calculations, with familiarity in Fare filing and GDS systems. IATA certification is preferred, and 1 year travel background is advantageous.

Freshers with IATA can apply. Rotational night shifts are included, walk-in interviews from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Gate no 2, Plant 5, Vikhroli West. Any Graduate/Undergraduate candidates are welcome to attend.

Qualifications

• Experience in booking reservations, cancellations and fare calculations.
• IATA course/certification preferred.
• 1 year travel background advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.

Job Description

• working knowledge on Farefiling/ PRA/ CRA/ GDS/ Amadeus/Galileo platform will be an added advantage.
• Experience in booking reservations, cancellation of reservations, fare calculations will be added advantage.
• Candidate with IATA course/certification will be preferred.
• Candidate should be able to maintain the highest level of quality and achieving team targets as per the process specifications.
• IATA Fresher’s can apply.
• Experience in travel background of minimum 1 years will be added advantage
• Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shift including night shifts
