About the Role

• Receive and resolve queries from vendors and employees, routing them to the appropriate member of the AP team when necessary. Queries may involve Accounts Payable, Payments Processing, or Times & Expenses.
• Ensure delivery of services to operating companies meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs while maintaining a solid internal control framework.
• Collaborate with the Service Management team to understand and implement SLAs effectively.
• Handle internal customer and supplier issues in accordance with the escalation process, and push back when appropriate.

• 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience handling vendor queries.
