Job summary

EY Mumbai is seeking an Associate in SaT - Valuation within the National SaT-TCF practice. The role focuses on DCF, comps, and precedent transactions, building and validating financial models, and delivering defensible valuation analyses.

You will collaborate across client teams, manage workstreams, and contribute to decision support and capital allocation projects, working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical capability in valuation methodologies including DCF, comps, and precedent transactions.
• Experience building, reviewing, and validating financial models with attention to assumptions and outputs.
• Understanding of financial statement analysis and core accounting concepts.
• Ability to prepare high-quality valuation reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Experience in managing workstreams and coordinating team deliverables for valuation engagements in a consulting environment.
