Job summary

Eide Bailly is a leading business advisory firm expanding its Mumbai operations. We are seeking an Associate in Business Valuation to perform diversified accounting and valuation work under supervision.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, participating in client interviews, and supporting all phases of valuation engagements from prep to final deliverables. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Experience in accounting or business valuations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all phases of valuation engagements including prep, workpapers, and report writing.
• Prepares management interview questions and participates in interviews.
• Performs math checks.
• Participates in webinars and technical learning opportunities.
• Adapts to processes and final improvement opportunities.
• Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
• Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
• Experience in accounting or business valuations preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and business valuation methodologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.
