Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong expertise in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) with the ability to analyze target company financials and identify key deal risks and value drivers. Experience in performing detailed quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and cash flow analysis to support transaction decisions. Proficient in reviewing historical financial statements, management accounts, and supporting schedules for diligence assignments. Ability to synthesize findings into clear, transaction-focused deliverables and data-driven insights for deal teams. Working knowledge of broader consulting and transaction support frameworks relevant to financial diligence engagements.
