As a Sales & Onboarding Supervisor at Moove, your role is pivotal in driving the success of our customer acquisition and engagement processes. You will lead a team of sales and onboarding specialists, guiding and motivating them to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth customer transitions onto our platform. Your responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end onboarding experience, optimising sales strategies, training new team members, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Your leadership will play a critical role in shaping our customer growth journey and contributing to the overall success of Moove
Directly reporting to our City Fleet Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
