About The Role

As a Business Analyst at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for developing and maintaining management information systems (MIS), analyzing operational data, and supporting the central operations team in optimizing processes and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing high-quality research on assigned topics in a timely manner.
• Conducting rigorous data analysis and providing valuable insights that would aid Executive decision‑making.
• Presenting research and data using cutting‑edge tech tools for high-value audiences.
• Supporting Executive outreach and external relations efforts.
• Liaising with both senior internal and external stakeholders (Senior Management, Board of Directors, Business Partners, Governmental Agencies, etc.) to support the Executive agenda.
• Creating, reviewing, interpreting Financial/ Business Models
• Creating high-impact presentations and other communication pieces as directed by the Executive/ Leadership

What You Will Need For This Position

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics but we will consider candidates with less
• experience if they meet our other requirements
• Preferred B. Tech degree.
• Candidates must have a background in Business Analysis
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with database management (SQL preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non- technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the financial services or mobility sector is a plus

Directly reporting to our Regional Managing Director-INSA, and closely working with our Operations Team.
