Qualifications

• Graduate in Any Discipline (UGC/AICTE approved College)
• 1–2 years of sales experience; insurance experience preferred
• Experience in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution or channel management/DSA relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers and achieve targets through the bank's FOS
• Convert branch-generated leads into quality business
• Coordinate with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB to ensure timely processes and minimal customer complaints
• Maintain first contact and follow-up TATs from lead registration
• Ensure 15-month persistency and robust follow-up with customers
• Coordinate training for bank staff on life insurance concepts and new products
• Activate branch bank sellers to meet activation targets and track LMS usage

Function SummaryAssociate Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth through Bancassurance partnerships. This role involves building strong relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers, managing lead conversions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is pivotal in achieving business targets, training bank staff, and maintaining operational excellence. Job SummaryManages branches, collaborates with the objective to support and contribute to Axis bank strategy, achieve operations excellence, ensure systems are deployed and help build the channel WITHIN the company guidelines and the achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing relationship with Axis Branch Sellers and thereby meeting target through Bank’s FOS
• Responsible for managing the leads generated from Branch and thereby convert into quality business
• Must adhere to the process set and timely coordinate with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB. Ensuring minimal customer complain
• Shall adhere to agree TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of the lead being registered
• Ensuring 15month persistency on track and thereby ensure a robust follow up mechanism with the customers
• Coordinating with Cluster Training manager to ensure bank staff regularly on concepts in life insurance and new product introductions
• Shall be responsible for making active the branch banking sellers and thereby achieving the activation target
• Ensuring LMS usage as Tracking Mechanism on line and follow up Calls

Desired qualification and experience

• Graduate in Any Discipline from a UGC / AICTE approved College and University
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, experience in Insurance will be preferred
• Experience in the fields of Life insurance sales management, Retail bank distribution, and Channel Management and/or DSA relationship
