Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for Retail Liabilities at branches. The role focuses on building and managing a portfolio of key clients, engaging them with need-based solutions and driving wallet share growth.

The candidate will onboard HNI customers to the Privilege Program and deepen relationships through cross-selling, while ensuring branch SOP compliance and delivering comprehensive banking solutions including wealth management and servicing.

Responsibilities

• a) Managing and Building portfolio of Key Clients by engaging and providing them need based solutions leading to increase in their existing share of wallet
• b) Acquiring HNI customers and on-boarding them to Privilege Program
• c) Deepening existing banking relationships by Cross selling Products and solutions
• d) Ensuring compliance with branch SOP and control in sales and service
• e) Acting as an interface between bank and its Key customers to provide complete banking solutions, portfolio Management, Wealth Management and customer servicing
• Regularly conducting activities in the catchment to acquire HNI customers and build a strong visibility for IDFC First Bank
• Working on Key Central Initiatives (1 Mn Framework) and seeking regular referrals from existing customers
• Collaborating with other team members and support functions to provide products and service offerings to customers
• NTB acquisitions, Increasing customer share of wallet by deepening and cross selling
